Indoors

Inside, the villa mixed traditional Grecian architecture with a distinctly modern interior furnishing of wooden pieces. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area, set with all necessary culinary amenities and a bar area. All three of the bedrooms in the villa are finished to the high standard of the rest of the villa and are double in size with have their own accompanying en-suite.

Outdoors

Outside the house, there is a jacuzzi mini private pool for you all to enjoy, alongside a grand veranda which overlooks the picturesque Parikia port and the entire bay beyond. There is also a BBQ in order to make the most of the warm evenings outside! The house has wide, expansive windows which are perfecting for taking in the stunning Aegean sea.

The Layout

GROUND LEVEL:

1 Large Bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and TV included in the Bedroom. Living room is open plan with view to the Patio / Pool and the Sea to the port of Parikia. Air conditioning , TV, fireplace, Bar, Dining table and many more. The Kitchen has a view to the Pool and the Sea. Fully equipped and recently renovated. the Ground floor has a common toilet for use of all guests.

UPPER LEVEL:

2 Large Bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, TV, en-suite and air conditioning. The other one has 2 single beds that can join and become a double bed for couples. En-suite, TV and air conditioning as well for this bedroom. Both Bedrooms have a balcony with a view to the Aegean sea and the Port of Parikia / Town of Parikia.
